The important thing to understand is that mg (milligrams), mL (milliliters), mcg (micrograms), and syringe units are not automatically equal to each other.
You must know how much liquid was added to the vial before you can convert doses.

A useful general formula is:
Concentration (mg/mL) = vial strength (mg) ÷ 2 mL
mL needed = desired mg dose ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
This lets you calculate the volume for any prescribed dose without tying it to a specific peptide or dosing schedule.
